We have an exciting opportunity for a volunteer to help manage our website and provide IT support. If you have great computer skills and want to make a difference in your local community, we want to hear from you! Volunteer activities will include:

 

• Managing and developing the LSR website 

• Maintaining a news & events page 

• Liaising with the committee and group leaders for news items and changes

• Liaising and aligning with our Marketing volunteer on current campaigns and events

Personal development and training opportunities:​

• Meet new people and engage with your local community.

• Learn more about website design while putting your skills into practice. 

• Enhance your data collection and interpretation knowledge.

• Take part in appropriate training. 

• Gain sought after experience which could support a personal statement or CV.

• Volunteers hours are flexible

• There is a mix of in person and volunteering from home

Is this you?

• Strong computer skills with an understanding of digital storage systems 

• Interest and / or experience in website design

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Friendly and enjoy working in a team and independently

• Happy to complete GDPR training and adhere to data protection guidelines

• Over the age of 18
