How to apply for Reader Leader training
 

Step 1 - Send an email to leicssharedreading@gmail.com expressing your interest to be a Reader Leader and which location(s) you would prefer
Step 2 - Our admin volunteer will contact you to arrange a time to discuss the role. They will also introduce you to a current Reader Leader, who will invite you to attend some sessions so you can experience them for yourself.

Step 3 - After attending a few sessions, if you would like to become a Reader Leader, we will arrange an informal interview with you.

Step 4 - Following the interview, if everyone is happy to proceed, you will be asked to complete the Read-to-Lead training course form.
Step 5 - You will then take part in the online Read to Lead training course, which runs over six half-day sessions.
